Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only, and once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery.

• Original receipt
• Uncut & unedited full opening video

The product must be returned with original tags intact.

Once your request is approved, we will provide an exchange or store credit.

Refunds will be considered only if the product is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect.
