Orders within Maharashtra are delivered in 2–3 working days, while deliveries to the rest of India take 5–6 working days. A flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applicable on all domestic orders, and orders above ₹2000 qualify for free shipping. For international delivery, customers can contact us on WhatsApp at +91 93225 30982. Please ensure that the delivery address and phone number provided are accurate to avoid any issues. If the shipping address differs from the billing address, kindly email us at clothingasmi@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 2 hours of placing your order. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only, and once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery.

• Clear product images
• Original receipt
• Uncut & unedited full opening video

The product must be returned with original tags intact.

Once your request is approved, we will provide an exchange or store credit.

• ❌ No exchange for any other reason
• ❌ No returns / no refunds once purchased

Refunds will be considered only if the product is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect.

Please do not courier any product without approval from Team AsmibyArch, as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
